Substitutions may apply based on availability/season, however, we always try our best to keep within color scheme/style. The value is never compromised.
Cancelled orders may not be fully refunded. Please keep in mind that your web order was custom created for you. Therefore, cancellations that are within 24 hours of the order's delivery date may be subject to processing and handling fees.
