Same day orders are welcome, but our cut off is 1pm daily. You can always call to see if we have room or availability if it is after 1pm (sometimes we do!) On Same day orders we also ask for understanding with timing. If it is a same day request, it most likely will go later in the day, as our truck is most likely gone. Call the shop if there is a timing issue or request and we can try to accommodate if its possible! 

As always, we may need to substitute specific flowers or specific containers due to supply issues, but try our very best to create what you have chosen. Value will never be compromised. If there is a specific flower or container that is a MUST, please notate it or call us so we can verify availability. 

 We change to designer’s choice when we still have lots of flowers but are running low on SPECIFIC flowers, if you're in doubt, please call. Otherwise, we will do your best to make according to your "FIRST" choice but will probably need to substitute some flowers, colors, or containers.

If possible, please leave note weather the order can be left at the door if no one is home.
