Flowers & Things has been serving our community since 2010, and Shawna has proudly owned the shop since 2016. What began as one local flower shop in Rio Rancho has grown to include our second location in Albuquerque—while still keeping the personal, custom approach we’re known for.

We’re proud to have a talented team with a wonderful mix of professional training and decades of hands-on experience. Shawna and one of our managers, Cassandra, are both certified in Floral Design, and our team includes designers with 30+ years of floral experience. Together, we bring different styles, ideas, and talents to the design table—which is exactly what makes custom floristry so much fun.

We aren’t an assembly-line flower shop. Our designers work with fresh, seasonal flowers to create arrangements that feel personal and unique. Whether you choose one of our online collections, give us a little inspiration, or tell us to surprise you, there are real local designers behind every arrangement.
